As an owner and CEO, Richard oversees all clinical and business development aspects of Allegiant Anesthesia. He has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and brings a wealth of medical knowledge and leadership to our group.
He earned his Masters degree and anesthesia training from St. Mary's University in Minneapolis in 2001. His focus is providing high quality, safe, and cost effective patient centered care.

As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Allegiant Anesthesia, LLC, Nikki Paulk oversees the company’s administrative operations, financial management, and strategic initiatives.
Nikki brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership, clinical operations, and strategic business planning. Throughout her career, she has held senior executive leadership roles in both large tertiary healthcare systems and rural hospital settings, with more than two decades of executive-level experience.
Drawing on her extensive clinical nursing background and administrative expertise, Nikki is committed to driving operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and innovation while ensuring the successful achievement of both client and organizational goals.
Her professional affiliations include Sigma Theta Tau International – Theta Tau Chapter, Phi Kappa Phi, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Nikki has also served in numerous leadership and governance roles, including appointments to various hospital boards, the Georgia Hospital Association Finance Board, and the Georgia Organization of Nurse Leaders. In addition, she is a past chair and current member of the Georgia College & State University College of Health Sciences Board.

As Allegiant’s Director of Accounting & Human Resources,
Beth Day oversees the company's human resources functions while serving as an integral member of the Accounting Division. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, she helps manage Allegiant's financial and administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational support across all departments.
Beth's expertise spans performance management, talent acquisition, federal and state employment compliance, employee benefits administration, compensation and payroll management, and employee training and development. Her comprehensive understanding of both human resources and accounting enables her to support the organization's continued growth and operational success.
With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare and accounting industries, Beth brings exceptional leadership, strategic insight, and a steadfast commitment to excellence to the Allegiant team.
Theresa Floyd
Credentialing/Scheduling
As Allegiant Anesthesia's Scheduling and Credentialing Specialist,
Theresa oversees the daily coordination and optimization of anesthesia provider schedules across all facilities served by the organization. She ensures seamless coverage, operational efficiency, and responsive support for both providers and partner facilities.
In addition to managing complex scheduling logistics, Theresa is responsible for maintaining and monitoring all provider credentials, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards, hospital requirements, and accreditation guidelines. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach help safeguard uninterrupted clinical operations.
With more than 20 years of specialized experience in anesthesia scheduling and credentialing, Theresa brings deep industry knowledge, organizational expertise, and a commitment to excellence to her role.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology from Middle Georgia State University.
In her role as Administrative Support Specialist, Neisa oversees the submission of patient records to Allegiant’s billing departments. Utilizing her auditing and investigative skills, she is able to quickly identify discrepancies within patient documents and works closely with the company’s providers to obtain resolution.
Neisa’s diligence and attention to detail are key assets that are imperative to the success of the team.

With over 20 years of customer service experience, Sheree brings exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding support. Her dedication to accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork makes her a valuable member of the Allegiant administrative team.
Born and raised in Macon, Georgia, Sheree enjoys spending time with her husband, Don, their three children, and three grandchildren. Outside of work, she has a passion for gardening and appreciates the time it allows her to spend outdoors.
