Our Executive Team
As an owner and CEO, Richard oversees all clinical and business development aspects of Allegiant Anesthesia. He has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and brings a wealth of medical knowledge and leadership to our group.
He earned his Masters degree and anesthesia training from St. Mary's University in Minneapolis in 2001. His focus is providing high quality, safe, and cost effective patient centered care.

In her position as Chief Operating Officer, Nikki Paulk oversees both the administrative and operations at Allegiant Anesthesia, LLC.
Nikki brings 25 years of experience in clinical healthcare delivery and strategic business planning. For more than 15 years, Nikki has held senior level executive leadership positions ranging from large tertiary to rural hospital settings.
Ms. Paulk leverages her clinical nursing knowledge and her administrative skills to drive efficiency and innovation while ensuring both client and corporate goals are met.
Nikki has professional affiliations with Sigma Theta Tau International- Theta Tau
Chapter, Phi Kappa Phi, as well as is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
She has served on various hospital boards, Georgia Hospital Association
Finance Board, and the Georgia Organization of Nurse Leaders as well as serving as a member of the Middle Georgia State University Foundation board.
Yuri Borisov
Chief Financial Officer
Yuri joined as CFO Allegiant Anesthesia in October 2012. As CFO, he directs all company finance, accounting, and revenue cycle matters.
Prior to joining Allegiant Anesthesia, Yuri has held a series of senior financial management positions in various industries. In all of his roles Yuri spearheaded each company’s financial initiatives to create repeatable, scalable processes, and recruit talents of the highest caliber.
Yuri has a passion for building world class teams serving organizations that deliver impactful advancements in medicine and improvements in patient quality of life. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the Southern Utah University.
Rhonda Fowler
Executive Assistant
With over 30 years of experience in professional office executive assistant positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Rhonda skillfully manages administrative duties and provides executive support to the senior management and her colleagues at Allegiant Anesthesia, LLC.
As Executive Assistant, her expertise in data management systems and project coordination, all while innovating successful projects to improve office support, make her an invaluable asset to the company.

In her role as Administrative Support Specialist, Neisa oversees the submission of patient records to Allegiant’s billing departments. Utilizing her auditing and investigative skills, she is able to quickly identify discrepancies within patient documents and works closely with the company’s providers to obtain resolution. Neisa’s diligence and attention to detail are key assets that are imperative to the
success of the team.

Administration Support Specialist
As Allegiant’s Human Resources Administrator, Beth Day oversees the human resources department and is also a vital part of our Accounting Division, as she works directly with our CFO to manage our accounting needs.
She has notable experience in performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development.
Beth brings to Allegiant more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and accounting industry.
As Allegiant Anesthesia's Scheduling and Credentialing Specialist, Theresa manages the day to day schedule of all anesthesia providers at each facility Allegiant provides anesthesia services. Theresa also maintains all credentials for all providers. She has more than 15 years of experience in anesthesia scheduling and credentialing. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology from Middle Georgia State University.
